It focuses on controlled movements for structural balance, and strong core/back muscles. Similar to yoga, it is based on awareness, balance, breathing, focus, control and precise, flowing movements. Pilates can help alleviate and prevent back and body pain, increase flexibility and lead to greater health.

Qi Gong & Tai chi - A meditation-in-motion is an ancient Chinese exercise system (originated as a martial arts) using gentle, slow, deliberate, meditative body movements together with carefully prescribed stances to achieve mental and bodily relaxation. Originally practiced as 108 integrated and complex movements is now practiced in 18 and 37 movements.
