Great healing communities have strong guiding principles in order to thrive. As a part of our Community, it’s our responsibility to ensure a Safe Community for all member practitioners, customers and for TWQ’s brand. Members are asked to treat each other and customers with respect and engage in a professional manner. We list the following behaviours as non-tolerable and non-negotiable. Please understand that engagement in any of these behaviours will result in losing posting privileges on TWQ’s platform.
Healing can only happen in a safe space. We’re in the business of care so please refrain from the following behaviors:
Harming yourself or others
Please do not commit physical or sexual assault, sexual abuse, sexual harassment, domestic violence, robbery, human trafficking, other acts of violence or hold anyone against their will.
Please engage with caution in creating a safe space for 1-1 sessions in person. Members of dangerous organisations, including terrorist, organised criminal and violent racist groups, are not welcome in this community. We are committed to maintaining the purity of our community.
We take suicide, self-injury, eating disorders and hard drug abuse extremely seriously and encourage practitioners to barter their services, healing and listening to each other.
Threat and bullying
Please do not express intention nor engage in harm to anyone by your words or physical actions. Furthermore, take note of words used and the manner they are conveyed when engaging with fellow member practitioners and customers.
Please do not list food and consumable products unless you have a company in production of such products and with certified standards can enquire under our vendor partnerships.
Our work is in the healing of the body and the soul. The basis of that is a sense of security. A large part of our work includes confidential information exchange thus we ask that you respect others’ rights, property and information.
Unethical and unrelated Services
TWQ’s wellness marketplace provides for wellness practitioners to offer any of the 30 wellness sessions, and physical or E-products. Please refrain from offering any unethical or unrelated services outside the definition of these approved 30 practices and in an unprofessional manner to offer these services. They are deemed fraudulent activities and will not be permitted on our platform.

Spam, phishing or fraud
You should not make transactions outside of TWQ’s payments system; commit booking fraud or credit card fraud or launder money; attempt to drive traffic to other sites; divert payments meant for others; abuse our referrals system; or make false claims against other members of the community.
Please do not engage in messaging activities that are unwanted, repeatedly occurring and disruptive to the experience of recipients. Spam can take many forms ranging from unwanted offers to commercially-motivated solicitations that aim to drive traffic or attention to websites, products, and services outside of TWQ. Please do not abuse our communication tools to distribute mass messages.
Please respect our members’ privacy by not contacting them with offers, questions, suggestions or anything which is not directly related to their current service request.
Third Party privacy and IP Violations
Please do not Infringe third parties terms of service on TWQ. As a valued member practitioner of TWQ, we ask that you respect the broader Internet community and refrain from such violations in your service offerings. Services flagged for violations of third parties terms of service will be removed from the marketplace.
Do not post, offer or ask for services that Infringe third parties terms of service.
Do not record or spy on customers in physical spaces. Please pre-disclose cameras in physical locations or centres where physical sessions are conducted. Cameras are never permitted in private spaces (such as bathrooms). You should not access others’ accounts without authorisation or violate others’ privacy, copyrights or trademarks.
TWQ is here to assist you on your journey of impact. Since our community is built on trust, we vouch for the integrity of our member practitioners in sharing true and accurate credentials and details. Thus we ask that you do not request or provide services intended to mislead others or misrepresent information.
Do not misrepresent Profile information
Post a fake name, location, gender or photo in your user profile.
Present fake ID documents or create, change or edit official documents such as IDs, passports, drivers license, bank statements or death and birth certificates.
Write untruthful profile descriptions, skills or education.
Do not misrepresent listing content
Copy descriptions, packages and other elements from other practitioners.
Raise the price in personal messages before or after purchase.
Bait-and-switch marketing is not acceptable.
Have someone else present you in the service offering.
Post non-original images or videos that you do not have the right to use.
Deliver non-original content of articles
Inaccurate articles and content
Please ensure that articles or content shared on the site are properly researched and cited and does not provide direct advice of any sort. Articles should provide true value.
All articles will be vetted thoroughly and may not be approved to be featured if it violates any of the above. Practitioners will also be banned from sharing articles if content is found to be false.
Do not post, offer or ask for paid reviews, positive or negative feedback on any product or service. Nor solicit for testimonials and reviews without having offered the actual service.
Fake engagement and traffic
Do not post, offer or ask for followers, subscribers, fans or views on social media platforms via TWQ.. Or engage in fake engagement on any platform.
Fake or damaging news circulation
Please do not circulate false or intentionally misleading information or propaganda that is developed and presented as authentic news.
Please further refrain from cyber bullying or spreading negative opinion pieces of fellow member practitioners, customers or TWQ. Our team at TWQ is always happy to hear your grievances and feedback, and where applicable assist in finding a solution.
TWQ is committed to preventing the circulation of fake or damaging news. Therefore, if any of these publications are reported or flagged to our attention; we will investigate and take action accordingly.
Promise a service outcome which is not in your control
Practitioners may be tempted to over-promise outcomes of their service which is not in their control. Such as a definite positive outcome from a session or product usage. Please refrain from promising outcomes that are not in your control because it misleads customers and provides false hope.
You should strive to have positive reviews and feedback, not be unresponsive on pre-session enquiries, during session and post follow ups if necessary. Fail to provide an adequate point of contact or refuse to participate in our resolution process.
